THE FINE PRINT: Free estimates apply to one computer per client per day and does not include the testing of individual components or peripherals. Same day estimates are guaranteed if a computer is dropped off before 2pm. Next-day repair is guaranteed after the free estimate has been completed and after recommended work is approved by the client (We take no responsibility for missed or non-returned calls). Our warranty includes any component sold and installed by RedSeven for one year, and the labor to replace a defective component for as long as the client owns the computer. RedSeven will beat any recognized competitors price if an official written estimate is presented in advance of our free estimate, This low price guarantee only applies to products and services that RedSeven offers or considers comparable. *Loaner units are available at no charge depending on availability, a deposit of $250.00 and a minimum of $50.00 in service is required - if less than $100 in service is billed a rental fee of $50 per week will be assessed until the unit is returned in its original condition. The loaner must be returned when a client picks up their repaired machine. Rapid Computer Repair is limited to our Tempe location and only applies to in-store service that we recommend (not upgrades, or replacements).
